Pets are allowed with a one-time only fee and addendum signed to the lease prior to moving the pet into the apartment. There is a 40 pound maximum weight per animal and a two pet maximum per apartment. Cat(s) only $100. Dog(s) OR Dog & Cat $300. Two animal limit per unit.
